　　世博之星全球书画大赛执行主席、总策划，海派水墨沙画首创者何应丽主席为大家介绍了本次书画大赛的评选方式和规则，并与中国国画院副院长、世界艺术终身成就奖获得者左建华老师、及水墨沙画菁英班孩子们一起分享了海派水墨沙画这项最新将水墨与沙画相结合的独特创新艺术，并希望可以通过努力把这项起源于中国三国时期，却盛行于海外的艺术重新结合国粹水墨，使之回归本宗，并走向国际舞台。
